This double encapsulation process improves penetration and delivery of the active complex. A second complex blend of Arnica, Salmon Seal, Cypress Nut and Malt works on a cellular level, not just on the skin's surface, to target and improve the following skin conditions: broken capillaries, rosacea, redness and sun damage.
