Orders are processed on a chronologically and shipped by USPS
Priority Mail or FedEx Overnight, according to your choice. Orders are usually shipped within

business days, but the time for delivery varies greatly. So please allow
7 business days for delivery before contacting us.
We
accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express.
Credit card accounts are billed at the time of shipment. For best
service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are
questions pertaining to your order.
Sales tax is estimated - the actual charge to your credit card will
reflect applicable state and local tax. We are required by law to
collect sales tax on shipments to California.
We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on the
weekend or a national holiday, it will be processed and shipped the next
business day.
Shipping and delivery days are Monday - Friday, with the exception of
applicable holidays.

Your items will usually leave our distribution center in San Bruno, California within two business days.
Our products are shipped by Standard Shipping to destinations in
the continental United States. We use Priority Mail for shipments to
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and PO Boxes. We also offer FedEx
Overnight and FedEx 2 day as alternative service.
Yes. We ship to most countries in the world.
We require pre-payment for shipment to some countries.
We only ship to selected countries. The cost depends on the shipping
method you choose. The standard shipping is shipped by Global Express Mail (EMS). The cost is
$20 for Canada, and $35 for anywhere else
in the world. The delivery time is from 4 to 6 days.
You can return your purchase (excluding
special offers) to our mail order department within 45
days of purchasing. Please enclose a copy of the invoice. Let us know
if you would like a replacement or credit. Please also be sure to
include a daytime phone number that you can be reached at. Due to the
nature of the products, we only
accept returns of unopened items. Customers
are responsible for all shipping
charges on returns. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
