Merry Clinic have wide range of natural treatment products, including herbal supplements, topical creams, and skin care products. These products are formulated based on the principles of TCM and are designed to address the underlying imbalances that contribute to various health conditions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website's "Track Order" page or through the courier's tracking system to monitor the delivery status.

What is your Refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return the UPOPENED products to our mail order department within 45 days of purchase. Please email us at service@merryclinic.com or give us a call to get the return permission.
When returning the products, please include the a copy of the invoice. Let us know if you would like a replacement or credit. Please also be sure to include a daytime phone number where you can be reached at. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refund offer only applies to the most recent purchase by the customer, shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns of the following items:

Do you accept Insurnce Payment

No, Merry Clinic does not accept insurance. As a Traditional Chinese Medicine practice offering natural herbal supplements and nutritional products, our services are typically not covered by standard health insurance plans.
All payments are out-of-pocket. However, we strive to keep our products affordable, and many patients find that investing in natural, long-term healing is more cost-effective than repeated prescriptions, steroid treatments, and dermatology visits over time.

Do you take FSA card payment?

Yes, we can accept FSA cards for payment!
While our online checkout system doesn't support FSA cards directly, we're happy to process your order over the phone. Just call us at 650-588-8335 during our business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM), and our staff will assist you with placing your order using your FSA card.
